Rahul is a highly successful Chartered Accountant (Rank Holder) and an illustrious Cost Accountant with a rich experience of 25 years. He has been working as CFO in numerous listed Companies in India and has worked as Finance and IT Head in Tanzania as well. His core proficiencies and expertise are in the areas of Finance, Accounts, Compliances and Taxation. Apart from these niche domains, he has experience in the handling of Initial Public Offer (IPO), Mergers and Acquisitions, PE funds, Commercial Papers and Structured Funding.
Being the elder brother of CA Hitesh Shah (MD, Navkar Group), Rahul has been a strategic advisor in setting up and nurturing every new venture of the group. His role in NCS is to monitor and guide the young professionals as an expert mentor so as to ensure that the mission of NCS is comprehensively accomplished.
